Here's what happens when you team up with me to elevate your leadership skills...
step-by-step!
Request to work with me by answering a few questions about your professional needs and your goals. Once you have completed the form, you will submit it and schedule a consultation.
During our consultation, I will assess your needs and then will determine which COAPC services is best suited for your desired objective. Once we have determined the program for you, I will give you a quote for the services to be rendered and we’ll get started.
Once we’ve gotten the formalities out of the way, I will get to work immediately curating a plan of action for you. After everything is set in stone, we will begin our sessions and goal-tracking.
We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly via Zoom or in person to discuss your progress and for coaching to help you stay on track to achieve your goals.
At the end of our working relationship, I will periodically check in with you to follow up with your progress if no future services are required. My goal is to build a network of black educators who have an outlet or people to reach out to for future purposes.
