But they are also more likely than women leaders of other races and ethnicities to receive signals that it will be harder for them to advance. [Forbes, 2022]
The desire to learn and grow within a company is most employees objective, but most companies haven't created or provided avenues for people to do so. Ninety-five percent of employees say that they would stay longer at a company if they were offered opportunities to learn and grow.
